Deep Grounding (Brussels) – 12-13/9
A journey into gravity, presence and connection with the earth
Gravity is always there, holding us, supporting us, inviting us to come home into our body.
During this Tantra weekend, we explore grounding as a powerful tool for meditation and connection. By consciously connecting with the earth and with the force of gravity, we learn to release what we no longer need and create space for a deeper sense of presence.
This practice can feel like an emotional cleanse: a letting go of tension, overload and accumulated energy, bringing you back to a place of stability, clarity and inner support.
The ability to stay rooted is an essential part of Tantra. As we open our energy and explore deeper states of connection, grounding helps us remain connected to ourselves, to our bodies and to the earth. From this grounded place, we can meet others with more openness, authenticity and presence.
The structure of the weekend
Saturday — Solo day
A day dedicated to your own inner journey. Through individual practices, meditation and embodiment exercises, you explore your own relationship with grounding, gravity and presence.
Sunday — Partner and group day
A day of relational exploration, where we bring grounding into connection with others through partner and group practices.
You can join for one day or for the complete weekend.

Vuur & Water (Middelburg)

De kracht van Vuur en de zachtheid van Water
Dit weekend nodigt je uit om de dynamische dans te verkennen tussen twee fundamentele krachten: Vuur en Water.
Op zaterdag onderzoeken we de energie van Vuur: activatie, passie, intensiteit en het ontwaken van de Kundalini-energie. Via dynamische Tantra-oefeningen nodigen we de energie uit om op te stijgen, te stromen en gedeeld te worden in verbinding met onszelf, onze partners en de groep.
Op zondag betreden we de wereld van Water: zachtheid, stroming, ontvankelijkheid en diepe verbinding. We verkennen de meer verstilde en vloeiende kwaliteiten van samenzijn, waarbij we ontspannen in aanwezigheid, relatie en de natuurlijke beweging van energie.
Samen vormen deze twee dagen een reis door het volledige spectrum van Tantra: van intensiteit naar overgave, van activatie naar ontspanning, van innerlijk vuur naar stromende verbinding.
Je bent welkom om één dag deel te nemen of het volledige weekend mee te maken.

Exploring the power of energy and the softness of connection
This weekend invites you into the dynamic dance between two fundamental forces: Fire and Water.
On Saturday, we explore the energy of Fire: activation, passion, intensity and the awakening of Kundalini energy. Through strong and dynamic Tantra practices, we invite energy to rise, move and be shared in connection with our partners and the group.
On Sunday, we enter the world of Water: softness, flow, receptivity and deep connection. We explore the quieter, more fluid qualities of being together — allowing ourselves to relax into presence, relationship and the natural movement of energy.
Together, these two days create a journey through the full spectrum of Tantra: from intensity to surrender, from activation to relaxation, from inner fire to flowing connection.
