These 21 Days of Abundant Practice are for everyone who wants a little support in their practice. And isn’t that pretty much all of us? It is not always that easy to find the motivation or remember why we focus on our spiritual work day in and day out.

During these 21 days, we meet every morning (8.00) and evening (19.00) for morning practice (Pranayama (breathing work) and meditation, and for an evening check-in of gratitude, looking back over the day.

In the first week, we work on the abundance of our Selves., and our current circumstances.

The second week, we work on the abundance of our relations, to people around and people who have passed on.

The third week, we meditate around the Abundant Availability of our Original Source, of this world and of Time.

Every day is another day for practice, and every week you also get a private coaching session to help you set up your homework, altar, habits, and relational balance.

PRACTICAL:

For 21 days we meet twice a day. We recommend that you stick to the practice for the whole period, and depending on your availability, we figure out how to strengthen this sadhana with some recommendations to introduce into your daily (work) life.
