As a participant to the Riding the Waves Program I commit to the following code of conduct:
- Rooted Honesty:
I commit to showing up in the practice with rooted honesty, aware of where I come from, and what is in my Heart and Mind. I acknowledge my responsibility to share my process openly with my Tantra Community, and to provide the relevant information for the group to be able to work without predicaments. I know my process is not the responsibility of a partner, another group member, or the teachings, but mine to develop and critically unfold.
- Respect for the Practice:
I vow to show up for the practice the best way I can, by attending workshops fully, showing up on time, and holding on to the process. I vow to embrace the teachings, from within, with humility, respect, and an open heart. - Respect for others:
I commit to relate with respect to the other participants, by acknowledging them in their full being, in full awareness of my speech and emotions, and being self-responsible in the process. I commit to nurturing the common space for all to benefit. - Clean BodyMind: I commit to keeping my body and mind fully available to the practice and the exchange with others by abstaining from all forms of stimulants and intoxicants 24h prior and during the whole duration of the shared work. These include coffee, tobacco, sugar, all medicine or drugs (unless prescribed).
