Elle_Lore works with you individually, in couple, or with small self-organised groups for sessions, rituals and mini-workshops.
- INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS
TANTRA EXPLORATION
You can explore the Tantra experience in an individual session with Elle_Lore. Expect to be led on a sensual journey for 2 hours: a preliminary talk and/or reading, setting up the ritual space together, a thorough massage session, answering to your needs and challenges, and an after-glow sharing.
A Tantric massage is different in the way you participate in the process through an ‘active surrender’. Elle_Lore will practice energetic connection and breathing with you at the beginning of the session, to make sure we are strongly connected and can move the energy through both our bodies. At certain times you will be asked to actively breathe with the movement, or the pulsing, to help the energy to move through the body more effectively, and as such to have a more powerful experience.
In a Tantra massage, we make use of the meridians (energy lines) and pressure points in the body, to release mental/physical/emotional energy. The massage is quite energetic at some moments, or really slow and deliberate at others. Every session is a journey in which we follow the needs of the receiver, and try to open up the body to fully receive the bliss, or ecstasy, or insight, or healing, or…
Elle_Lore will take the time to look with you at what your needs are at this moment in time, what needs to be set as an intention, and where maybe there are some obstacles on the way.
RITUAL SESSIONS
A ritual session has other logic than a massage session. We might work with objects, stones, potions, constellations, role play, magic, …. Depending on your intention we can follow different paths:
*BALANCING ritual: working the 5 elements to bring your bodymind back into equilibrium
*FIRE SNAKE ritual: working on rejuvenating the vital energies
*HEALING TOUCH: we take it slow and listen to what wants to express itself in the body in response to your initial question
*SHAMANIC JOURNEY: includes sounds and energetic objects
All rituals are tailor-made to your needs and circumstances, and all are guided by the Tantric principles of energy distribution, the awakening of your vital energy, and a deep connection to the massage practitioner. We can work on healing, loss, energy depletion, relation, joy, …
PRACTICAL:
The sessions are organized in Heist-op-den-Berg, and the price of a session is 200 euro.

THERAPY AND TANTRA
If you would like to dive a bit deeper into your own experience of the body, I can also offer a combined trajectory, of Voice Dialogue therapy sessions, and Tantra Touch work. This form is especially suited to people who struggle with their sense of their bodies, with trauma, and/or sexuality.
A T&T session costs 160 euros. The initial intake (online) is 40 euros, of which 20 will be deducted from the session price. For a series of 3 sessions, you pay 400 euros.

2. COUPLE SESSION
Also for Couples, Elle_Lore works with you for a Tantra massage, a ritual session, or a prolonged trajectory, in which we explore the intimate boundaries with Tantric techniques.
Since these sessions are tailor made to the questions or desires of the couple, it is best to contact me directly to see what is possible.
Prices vary from 250 for a 3 hour session, to 400 for a whole day of work.

3. MINI WORKSHOPS FOR VARIABLE GROUPS
Elle_Lore likes to explore different settings and contexts, in response to your questions and desires.
