Planting the seeds for a deeply anchored practice

Whether you are new to Tantra or you have been practicing before, we can always benefit from returning to the basics from time to time. The fundamentals of breathing, of voice work, of energetic connection. But moreover: what do these practices resonate? Where do they come from? And why do we practice the way we do?

This workshop is for everyone interested in laying a strong foundation for their Tantra work. We practice together, but there is also time to figure things out on your own. We will not rush through the meditations, but take our time to root them into your own body and experience.

The practice will include breathwork, movement meditations, dancing, voicing, and energetic connection. The emphasis lies less on couple work, and more on an individual and group understanding of the roots of tantric work, and the implications of this work on the body, the mind and your daily life.

Extra: There is a possibility to add a Tantric Dance session with Claudia on Thursday.
